Processing Time:
•          Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
•          Pre-order items will have specific processing times stated on the product page.

•          Standard Shipping: 2-4 business days (Lagos, London, New York), 5-10 business days (other locations)
•          Express Shipping: 24hrs to 48hrs (Lagos, London), 2-4 business days (other locations)
•          Delivery times vary based on location. Estimated delivery dates may be provided at checkout.
Free Shipping Offer:
•          We offer free shipping on orders above ₦600,000. This will be automatically applied at checkout.
International Shipping:
•          We offer worldwide shipping.
•          Customs duties and taxes (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.
Tracking Your Order:
•          Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link.
Shipping Costs:
•          Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on location and selected shipping method.
Return & Exchange Policy
Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges:
•          We accept returns and exchanges within 24hrs of local delivery and 10 days of international delivery.
•          Items must be unworn, in original packaging, with all tags attached.
•          Sale items and custom orders are final sale and cannot be returned.
Return Process:

2.        Once approved, you’ll receive return instructions.
3.        Ship the item back within 7 days of return approval.
4.        Once received and inspected, we’ll process your refund or exchange.
Refunds:
•          Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after return approval.
•          Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges:
•          If you need a different size or style, we recommend placing a new order and returning the original item.
Damaged or Incorrect Items:
•          If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery for a replacement.
