   • We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. The latest version will always be available on our website.

The ‘Company’ means DAEZ BRANDS WORLDWIDE Ltd. The ‘Brand’ means DAEZ.
   The ‘Purchaser’ means the person whose order is accepted by the Company.
   The ‘Recipient’ means the person who receives goods produced by the Company and purchased by the Purchaser.
   
   3. Orders & Payments
      • All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of payment.
      • Prices are listed in the currency of your purchasing geolocation and are inclusive of applicable taxes (VAT at the current rate).
      • We accept most forms of payment [: credit/debit cards, bank transfers, USSD, etc.].
      • Once an order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation. This does not guarantee acceptance; we reserve the right to cancel any order if necessary.
      We use secure payment gateways that are compliant with global security standards. For fraud prevention, we may request additional identity verification before processing high-value international orders.
      
COUPON CODE
      Valid coupon codes can be applied by entering the coupon code at checkout. Coupon codes cannot be used against any purchase made before receipt of this voucher or code. The coupon code can’t be used in conjunction with any other online offer or sale item. If an automatic discount or promotion is applied at checkout you will be unable to apply your voucher code at checkout. The voucher code is only valid for one use per account. Any voucher discount at the time of purchase will be deducted should there be a need for a refund.
      
PRODUCT PURCHASE
      As soon as an order is placed and payment is confirmed, the Purchaser is deemed to have agreed to and is bound by the terms and conditions as described herein by the Company.
      A contract of sale is deemed to exist as soon as the Company dispatches an email or order message to the Purchaser, confirming that the Company has received the Purchaser’s order, regardless of whether the Purchaser receives the confirmation email or not.
      Changes to orders by the Purchaser can only be accepted before the product is processed and picked up for delivery .
3. Shipping & Delivery
   • Orders are processed within 1-3 business days.
   • We offer standard and express shipping options, with estimated delivery times provided at checkout.
   • Free shipping applies to orders above ₦600,000.
   • International orders outside Nigeria, UK and USA may be subject to customs duties and taxes levied by local customs, which are the responsibility of the purchaser.
   • Once an order has shipped, the Company will take all reasonable steps to ensure goods are delivered at the agreed time and date, however, we accept no liability for delay in delivery for any cause out of their control or caused by the shipping company.
4. RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
   The company allows for returns and exchanges based on the following terms listed in Shipping and returns section of our website (please read it)

• The items must be unused, seal must be intact, fitted with the original tags and packaging and with no markings or any type of damage. Items must be returned in the condition they were received in otherwise exchanges cannot be processed.
  The cost of returning the goods to the Company is at the responsibility of the Purchaser or Recipient in order to obtain a full refund unless otherwise agreed with DAEZ.
  For customers in the European Union, the UK, or other regions with mandatory return rights, we comply with applicable consumer laws.

2. STATUTORY RIGHTS
   Nothing contained in these Terms and Conditions of Sale affects or will affect the statutory rights of the Purchaser or the Recipient in relation to the quality, usability or description of the goods supplied.
   We are well aware that Consumer protection laws vary by country, the legal rights of the customer (Purchaser) under consumer protection laws remain unaffected.
3. Product Quality & Warranty
   • DAEZ products are handcrafted with the finest materials.
   • We guarantee that our products meet high-quality standards, but variations may occur due to the nature of materials such as oak wood and cowhide leather.
   • If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery for a replacement.

• if your item develops a defect within 1 year of use, contact us directly for a resolution.

2. Intellectual Property & Copyright
   • All images, designs, trademarks, and content on the DAEZ website are the property of DAEZ and may not be copied, distributed, or used without permission. You may view or download any part or parts of this site for private purposes only. All copyright, design rights and other intellectual property rights in our designs and products and in the images, text, and design of this website are and will remain the property of DAEZ BRANDS WORLDWIDE LTD. Any infringement of these rights will be pursued appropriately.
3. Limitation of Liability
   • DAEZ is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.
   • We are not responsible for delays, losses, or damages caused by third-party shipping providers.

   • Your personal data is collected and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy (link to privacy policy).
   • We do not store or share payment information. Payments are processed securely via paystack.
